This 2008 Chevy Silverado 3500HD 4x4 got a nice overhaul. For starters, the truck received a Stage 2 6” lift from ProComp with heavy-duty MX Series shocks. 8 to 10 lug wheel adapters allowed us to mount a set of 22.5” Typhoons from American Force Wheels with all position tires up front and traction tires in the rear. The rear taillights were smoked out to blend into the bed for a little different look. The restrictive factory air box was replaced with an S&B Stage 2 intake system for maximum air flow. For off road use only, we removed the DPF and installed a PPE Hot Xcelerator programmer for up to an additional 300hp.
From time to time we get other diesel trucks in from customers looking to upfit. This was a 2008 Ford F350 4x4 long bed we received not too long ago and had some fun with. The suspension got a 6” lift from Fabtech with Dirt Logic 4.0 shocks. The wheels are shaved 22” super singles from American Force with a set of Toyo Open Country 37” tires. We smoked the taillights and the F350 Super Duty side badges. We also got rid of the stock grille and replaced it with a custom billet upgrade. As far as performance upgrades go, we removed the factory restrictive air box and filter and installed an AFE Stage 2 intake. And to help all that new air coming in, we installed a MBRP exhaust system with a delete pipe. To make sure the customer was getting everything out of his V8 Powerstroke, we hooked up a SCT Livewire set with the Extreme Tune. On the inside, we added a Kenwood DVD/Navigation double din unit along with two headrest monitors for backseat viewing.
Being the oldest T-Rex dealer in the US has its advantages. We were one of the first dealers to get our hands on the all new V13R by Campagna Motorsports. The V13R was designed to be the opposite of the T-Rex. It’s a little less race car and a little more hot-rod. The V13R’s overall design and style make it the perfect 3-wheels roadter. Instead of using the 1400cc engine used in the T-Rex, Campagna decided to use the Harley-Davidson liquid cooled Revolution 60° V-Twin engine. The body panels are all made of light weight laminated fiberglass with integrated cargo space located under the front hood. As far as ride comfort goes, the V13R’s ergonomically designed interior and adjustable seats, give plenty of space for two average size adults.
