Our Ford F650 build portfolio is getting nearly as big as our trucks. This bright orange beauty is easily noticed from a distance. The seats had their stock vinyl removed and were replaced with color matched orange and black leather with orange stitching from Katzkinz. We molded in a set of Ford F150 lights for a much cleaner look than the commercial looking factory F650 headlights. Our own Himarc 107-gallon fuel tanks were mounted in place of the standard black fuel tanks normally found on the F650s. The wheels are 22.5” Liberty dually wheels from American Force which we were able to mount thanks to the 8 to 10 lug adapters. The Ford F350 bed conversion is fully carpeted with a Bedrug and features a color matched hard tonneau cover. The dash and door trip panels received a hydroclad treated driftwood colored makeover and the stock CD player was removed and a Pioneer AVIC-Z2 DVD/Nav unit that can control the two headrest mounted monitors.
We called in a local airbrush artist to help with the paint on this custom build. As if a Ford F650 isn't a traffic stopper to start with, add a custom paint job like this and thanks to all the heads turning, you'll be going nowhere fast. The rear dual wheels were converted over to a single rear option with the addition of a set of 22.5” Super Singles and 8 to 10 lug adapters from American Force Wheels. The shocks were upgraded to King Off-Roads custom made specifically for the F650s. Both sides of the truck feature our 107-gallon high polished stainless steel fuel tanks. To get traffic moving, we mounted a set of triple air horns from Horn Blasters under the hood that can pump out nearly 140db. You will need all 140 of those decibels in order to be heard over the all Infinity sound system and with the Pioneer AVIC head unit controlling it all, this truck screams quality. The owner had his company logo embroidered into the leather and ostrich seats, airbrushed into the custom flames and molded into the tonneau cover.
Here is another one of our Ford F650 Hauler conversions. Unlike our Dominator conversions that use a standard F350 bed, our Ford F650 Hauler beds are completely custom. We mounted a set of 22.5” Freedom dually wheels from American Force with Michelin tires. One thing you will notice that stands out on this truck is the suicide door conversion. The handles of the rear doors were left in the original location to keep the stock look. Like with all of our builds, the factory fuel tanks were replaced with our stainless steel 107-gallon fuel tanks. The interior received updated seating that included leather and ostrich and embroidered headrests. And because the Ford F650 is such a large truck, not just any sunroof would work, that’s why we went with a 40” model available from Webasto.
