Our Ford F650 Haulers are one of a kind and this 2008 Ford F650 conversion is no exception. With the CAT 7.2L turbo diesel engine under the hood instead of the normal 5.9L Cummins, this hauler conversion is even a little tougher. The dually wheels normally found on the rear of the F650s were replaced with a set of American Force Super Single 22.5” wheels. Show quality stainless steel 107-gallon fuel tanks branded with our Himarc logo on the steps were mounted on both sides along with stainless steel storage and battery boxes. We molded a set of F150 headlights with ASM HID Xenon bulbs into the hood to get rid of the commercial looking stock F650 headlights. The interior received a few upgrades as well with the addition of leather and ostrich seats and a premium audio/video system with a Pioneer AVIC-Z2 controlling it all.
Here is another one of our Ford F650 Hauler conversions. Unlike our Dominator conversions that use a standard F350 bed, our Ford F650 Hauler beds are completely custom. We mounted a set of 22.5” Freedom dually wheels from American Force with Michelin tires. One thing you will notice that stands out on this truck is the suicide door conversion. The handles of the rear doors were left in the original location to keep the stock look. Like with all of our builds, the factory fuel tanks were replaced with our stainless steel 107-gallon fuel tanks. The interior received updated seating that included leather and ostrich and embroidered headrests. And because the Ford F650 is such a large truck, not just any sunroof would work, that’s why we went with a 40” model available from Webasto.
Just about everything was changed on this 2008 Ford F650. We started with our normal swap outs like the Himarc branded dual 107-gallon stainless fuel tanks, storage boxes and F150 headlights. Double air induction cowls were molded into the hood. Then we moved on to the wheels. There we added a set of American Force 22.5” Liberty dually wheels. Like the ones we previously used on our custom stereo F650, pneumatic lifts were mounted to the hard fiberglass tonneau cover and can be controlled via the trucks alarm remote. Mounted on the tonneau cover is the DSS satellite system that can be enjoyed on any one of the three monitors inside the cab. An air cab suspension was added to give the driver the smoothest ride possible while sitting in embroidered leather and ostrich seating. You will probably notice that the front end is a little different then our standard Dominator models. That’s because instead of our normal F650 grill, we added a custom riveted, all chrome grille from RBP. Also on the front end, we built a new chrome plated steel bumper that hides the 8.5 ton winch. The doors received extra attention as well. All the handles were shaved and the rear doors were converted to a suicide style. The roof got a makeover as well when we added a 40” sunroof, the largest model available from Webasto.
